Audience Feedback on Pilot  

question 1: What do you think is going on in the sequence? 

-some girl is having fun in a park with her brother. In the meantime a criminal poisons and kills a victim which is running in front of him 

-a person gets pushed by another man. that person collapses on the ground after that and a girl is checking if he is alright 

-assassination amoungst joggers 

-different people witness a man collapsing 

-a man has a fit whilst a girl is being filmed 

-someone had a stroke maybe caused by the man running past 

-someone has been hit by another runner and he collapses 

-a man collapses in park 

-average day in the park, two runners; one bumps into the other and he dies mysteriously whilst the other man runs off 

question 2: do you find the sequence suspenseful? 

-yes and no. ye because of the synchronous sounds combined with the mystery of the death, however acting gives it away so very un believable 

-the sound was effective and suspenseful 

-yes the music as it was confusing which causes suspense also the deserted park was a scary location 

-yes the music helped but at times a bit ear piercing 

-yes the loud noises once the man has fell 

-yes due to music ,sound. also the juxtaposing narrative 

-yes, the jerky hand camera worked well 

-it is very well filmed and sound works well

-yes because the wind and synthesised noises created suspense 

question 3: how do you think that  the group could improve? 

- vary the narrative a bit more and make it clearer 

-maybe at the beginning concentrate on the main character instead of the child 

-expand why the child is being filmed 

-better shots on the joggers running 

-give the audience more of an idea why it happened 

-making clearer what the child has to do with it 

- the voices sound to fake due to editing 

-more camera shots

- make the scene more believable
