EVALUATION 4.Who would be the audience for your media product?

For an evaluation task we had to take interviews with a range of ages of people. We did this to get an idea of target audience.
1)how old are you?
2)what's favourite genre of film?
3)what do you expect to see in a thriller?
4)what do you like about thrillers?
5)tell me your favourite thriller and why?
6)would you go and watch a film about....?

This first person we interviewed was jess: who was 16, loved rom-coms! she said she would watch a film about our plot but didn't seem to thrilled as she didn't really like the thriller genre.

 The next person we interviewed was Phil he absolutely loves thrillers and seem excited about the fact we were doing a conspiracy thriller and was very intrigued to see it!

 Next was Sam; Sam did have a clear idea of thrillers and what he already liked in them specifically 'taken' which is quite different for out conspiracy thriller but he said that he would actually see the film we would produce.

Tom didn't really like thrillers; his favourite was horror and couldn't even pick a favourite thriller but that all down to opinion- he said he would watch our film but wouldn't go out of his way to

Theo was ecstatic with our idea of film- he thought it was such a classic plot and would 100% go and see it.

Sharon the chef showed real enthusiasm with thrillers; she loved the gore and intense story lines.
